Staging is styling and furnishing a property to enhance its appeal to buyers. Itβs presenting the property in its best state. Statistics have shown that a staged home sells quicker and usually for a higher price. Buyers tend to have a difficult time looking beyond what they see in front of them. Staging helps buyers envision what owning this home could look like for them. Staging gives homes an edge on the market when compared to other homes that have not been professionally staged. Not only do we help get people in the door, we impress them as they walk through the space and make your home look and feel like a place they would want to live.

My Staging Philosophy
I love stepping into a home and letting it speak to me. I donβt believe staging is a one size fits all situation and therefore design my stages accordingly. I strive to compliment the character and natural appeal the home has to offer. I like to put myself in the buyer’s shoes and ask myself what it is they are looking for in a home. People have strong emotions towards colors, because of this I try to work with a neutral pallet to appeal to the most buyers possible. Most buyers are looking for a move-in ready home. During our initial consultation I will go over repairs and updates that can be done to achieve this.

Our Process
After our initial phone call we will set up a complimentary consultation. At this consultation we will go over any repairs and updates that are needed to help sell the home. At this time, we will take photos of the space for our personal reference as we select furnishings.
We will then hand pick items from our warehouse for your space.
We ask that the home be thoroughly cleaned before our scheduled day of install.
On our scheduled day, we will install your personally designed stage. We ask that no one be at the property during this time as it slows the process and is distracting. Staging installs can take anywhere from three to eight hours depending on the size of the home. Because of this, we ask that the house be reserved for our use the entire day to ensure a quality stage. We will leave the home photo-ready and we request that our items are not moved or touched during the duration of the stage.
After the house is sold we will remove our furniture. We ask that you provide at least 2 weeks notice before the closing date. This will ensure that we have adequate time to remove our items before closing.
We primarily do vacant staging but can accommodate occupied staging if the circumstances permit.

Consultations
All home stages include a complimentary consultation.
If you are not able to utilize our staging services we offer stand alone consultations. During this consultation we will walk through the property with you and take note of any repairs or updates needed. If the home is occupied, we will go over furniture layout, items that need to be removed, and anything that should be added. This walk through can take anywhere from an hour to three hours. After our walk through you will be sent a written report going over what we discussed in person.
